Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 224-25-22 and L. 224-25-23 relating to the obligations of the professional when rescinding the contract is punishable by an administrative fine of up to 15,000 euros for a natural person and 75,000 euros for a legal entity.
This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
