Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 224-25-25 to L. 224-25-26 relating to updates is punishable by an administrative fine of up to 3,000 euros for an individual and 15,000 euros for a legal entity.
This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Tout manquement aux dispositions des articles L. 224-25-25 à L. 224-25-26 relatifs aux mises à jour est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 3 000 euros pour une personne physique et 15 000 euros pour une personne morale.
