As part of the consultation on the company’s social policy referred to in article L. 2323-15, the employer provides the social and economic committee, if there is one, at least once a year with an assessment of the part-time work carried out in the company.
He shall also communicate this report to the company’s trade union delegates.
Dans le cadre de la consultation sur la politique sociale de l’entreprise mentionnée à l’article L. 2323-15, l’employeur communique au moins une fois par an au comité social et économique, s’il existe, un bilan du travail à temps partiel réalisé dans l’entreprise.
Il communique également ce bilan aux délégués syndicaux de l’entreprise.
