Article L3123-16 of the French Labour Code

Each year, the employer informs the social and economic committee, if there is one, of the number of requests for individual derogation from the minimum working time mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 3123-7 which are granted on the basis of the last three paragraphs of the same article L. 3123-7.

L’employeur informe chaque année le comité social et économique, s’il existe, du nombre de demandes de dérogation individuelle à la durée minimale de travail mentionnée au premier alinéa de l’article L. 3123-7 qui sont accordées sur le fondement des trois derniers alinéas du même article L. 3123-7.
