Article L621-20-9 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Autorité des marchés financiers is the competent authority within the meaning of Article 29(4) and (5) of Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2017 creating a general framework for securitisation and a specific framework for simple, transparent and standardised securitisations, and amending Directives 2009/65/ EC, 2009/138/ EC and 2011/61/ EU and Regulations (EC) No 1060/2009 and (EU) No 648/2012.

L’Autorité des marchés financiers est l’autorité compétente au sens des 4 et 5 de l’article 29 du règlement (UE) 2017/2402 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 12 décembre 2017 créant un cadre général pour la titrisation ainsi qu’un cadre spécifique pour les titrisations simples, transparentes et standardisées, et modifiant les directives 2009/65/ CE, 2009/138/ CE et 2011/61/ UE et les règlements (CE) n° 1060/2009 et (UE) n° 648/2012.
