Article R2122-40 of the French Labour Code

The Tribunal Judiciaire shall give its decision without charge or formality within ten days from the date of referral.

The parties are notified of the decision within three days by the court registry, which sends a copy within the same timeframe to the relevant regional director of companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment or, where applicable, to the minister responsible for labour.

Le tribunal judiciaire statue sans frais ni forme de procédure dans les dix jours à compter de la date de saisine.


La décision est notifiée aux parties au plus tard dans les trois jours par le greffe qui en adresse une copie dans le même délai au directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi concerné ou, le cas échéant, au ministre chargé du travail.
