Article R2122-50 of the French Labour Code

The identification document is drawn up and sent by the service provider mentioned in 2° of article R. 2122-14. It states :

1° The surname, first names and address of the voter ;

2° The college and branch to which the elector belongs;

3° The region and department of registration;

4° The serial number allocated to the voter on the list of voters;

5° The voting periods;

6° Information required for postal voting;

7° Information enabling the voter to vote electronically at a distance in accordance with procedures that ensure, in particular, that the security and confidentiality of the vote are respected.

Le document d’identification est établi et envoyé par le prestataire mentionné au 2° de l’article R. 2122-14. Il mentionne :

1° Les nom, prénoms et domicile de l’électeur ;

2° Le collège et la branche dont il relève ;

3° La région et le département d’inscription ;

4° Le numéro d’ordre qui lui est attribué sur la liste d’émargement ;

5° Les périodes de vote ;

6° Les informations nécessaire au vote par correspondance ;

7° Les éléments permettant à l’électeur de voter électroniquement à distance selon des modalités assurant notamment le respect des exigences de sécurité et de confidentialité du vote.
