The inspection bodies authorised to carry out the checks provided for by article L. 2221-6 are the Inspectorate General of Administration, the Inspectorate General of Finance and the Inspectorate General of Social Affairs with the assistance, where appropriate, of the relevant ministerial inspectorates.

Les corps d’inspection habilités à procéder aux vérifications prévues par l’article L. 2221-6 sont l’inspection générale de l’administration, l’inspection générale des finances et l’inspection générale des affaires sociales avec le concours, le cas échéant, des inspections ministérielles intéressées.
