Article R2224-19-11 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The proceeds of sums payable under the third paragraph of Article L. 1331-1 and the articles L. 1331-2, L. 1331-3, L. 1331-6, L. 1331-7, L. 1331-8 and L. 1331-10 of the French Public Health Code is added to the revenue from charges and other revenues from the wastewater service, in particular those corresponding to aid and treatment premiums paid by water agencies, to be allocated to financing the costs of this service.

Le produit des sommes exigibles au titre du troisième alinéa de l’article L. 1331-1 et des articles L. 1331-2, L. 1331-3, L. 1331-6, L. 1331-7, L. 1331-8 et L. 1331-10 du code de la santé publique s’ajoute au produit des redevances ainsi qu’aux autres recettes du service d’assainissement, notamment celles correspondant aux aides et primes d’épuration versées par les agences de l’eau, pour être affecté au financement des charges de ce service.
