The obligations relating to collection frequencies and methods set out in articles R. 2224-24 and R. 2224-24 and R. 2224-25 do not apply in areas where bio-waste is collected separately, or is sorted at source so that a quantity of bio-waste equivalent to the quantity of bio-waste that can be collected separately can be treated.
