Article R6147-74 of the French Public Health Code

The term of office of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the members mentioned in 5°, 6°, 10°, 11° and 12° of article R. 6147-14 is set at three years.

The term of office of the other members of the Board of Directors ends at the same time as the term of office or functions in respect of which the persons concerned were elected or appointed.

La durée du mandat du président du conseil d’administration et des membres mentionnés aux 5°, 6°, 10°, 11° et 12° de l’article R. 6147-14 est fixée à trois ans.

Le mandat des autres membres du conseil d’administration prend fin en même temps que le mandat ou les fonctions au titre desquels les intéressés ont été élus ou désignés.
