TITLE III: NATIONAL AGENCY FOR TERRITORIAL COHESION

As part of its mission mentioned in IV of Article L. 1231-2, the Agence nationale de la cohésion des territoires is authorised to create or dispose of subsidiaries and to acquire, extend or dispose of shareholdings in companies, groupings or bodies active in the field of this mission and contributing to the development of the territories.
