Article R3443-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The share of the equalisation allowance provided for by the antepenultimate paragraph of article L. 3334-4 for the overseas departments, the collectivity of Saint-Martin and the territorial collectivity of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon is made up of a share of the urban equalisation allowance and a share of the minimum operating allowance, determined by applying to the total amount of each of these allowances the increased ratio defined in article L. 3443-1.
