Chapter I: Regional health agency.

The Wallis and Futuna Health Agency is a national public administrative body with administrative and financial autonomy, administered by a Board of Directors and headed by a Director. It is subject to an administrative, budgetary and accounting system and to State control adapted to the specific nature of its missions.

The Agency’s Board of Directors is chaired by the Senior Administrator of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, representing the State. In addition to its Chairman, the Agency’s Board of Directors comprises seven categories of members: 1° Members of Parliament elected in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands ; 2° Representatives of the Territorial Assembly, including, by right, the President of this Assembly; 3° Representatives of traditional chiefs; 4°…
