Section 2 - Financing and management of the individual training entitlement of local elected representatives

The rate of the compulsory contribution payable by local elected representatives to finance the individual right to training of local elected representatives is set at 1% of the amount mentioned in article D. 1621-12.

The amount of sums received by a training body for local elected representatives, within the meaning of the second paragraph of article L. 1221-4, below which this body is not subject to the provisions of articles L. 6316-1 to L. 6316-5 of the Labour Code, is set at 150,000 euros.

When, pursuant to articles L. 2123-12, L. 3123-10, L. 4135-10, L. 7125-12, L. 7227-12 of this code or article L. 121-37 of the New Caledonian Municipalities Code, a training course is financed both by the fund for the individual right to training of local elected representatives and by the territorial authority or the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation with its own tax system within which the elected representative sits, the…
