Subsection 1 : Authorisation to exploit and administrative recognition of a natural mineral water

Any change in the name of the source, the owner or the operator, without any change in the operating conditions, must be declared to the Prefect. In the event of a transfer, the person newly holding the authorisation must provide proof that he or she meets the conditions set out in article R. 1322-16 relating to the existing sanitary emergence perimeter.
