Section 2: Access to the waiting area

The number of journalists accompanying a parliamentary visit may, on a permanent or occasional basis, be limited by the person in charge of the zone according to considerations based on the same reasons or the particularities of the zone.Their entry is concomitant with that of the members of parliament whom they are accompanying on their journey. They may not leave after the MPs have left.

The writings, photographs, sketches, shots and sound recordings that the journalist makes are confined to the context of the visit by the MP they are accompanying.

The provisions of article R. 343-30 are applicable to visits by journalists governed by this paragraph.
