The dispensing of medicinal products prescribed on a conditional dispensing prescription referred to in article L. 5121-12-1-1 must comply with all the information contained therein.
Doctors, veterinary surgeons and the groups defined in article L. 5143-6 who are authorised to supply medicinal products are subject to the obligations imposed on pharmacists by this chapter, subject, for veterinary surgeons, to the provisions of the third paragraph of article R. 5141-112.
A proprietary medicinal product covered by the regulations on poisonous substances may not be unpackaged by the dispensing pharmacist with a view to its incorporation into a magistral preparation. This prohibition does not apply to medicinal products intended to be applied to the skin. The persons authorised to fill prescriptions or orders containing medicinal products other than preparations covered by this section must transcribe them immediately, in ink, without blanks or overwriting, into a register or record them immediately using any appropriate system which does not allow the data contained therein to be altered once their recording has been validated. The provisions of articles R. 5132-9 and R. 5132-10 do not apply to family planning or education centres and university student health services in the event of contraception being supplied to a minor wishing to remain secret.
A quantity of medicinal products corresponding to a treatment period of more than four weeks or one month of thirty days, depending on the packaging, may not be dispensed on a single occasion. However, medicinal products packaged for a treatment period of more than one month may be dispensed for this period, up to a maximum of three months. After dispensing, the prescription or order form must bear : 1° The pharmacy stamp ; 2° The registration number(s) provided for in article R. 5132-10 ; 3° The date of dispensing; 4° The quantities dispensed; 5° Where applicable, the information provided for in the first paragraph of article R. 5125-53.
Renewal of the supply of a medicinal product or preparation covered by this section may only take place after a specific period of time resulting from the dosage and quantities previously supplied.
