A report of the electoral operations is drawn up by the polling station and immediately sent to the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion and to the agents authorised to represent the lists of candidates.

Without prejudice to the provisions of the last paragraph of I of article 9 bis of the aforementioned law of 13 July 1983, any disputes regarding the validity of the electoral operations shall be referred, within five days of the announcement of the results, to the Director General of the National Management Centre and then, if necessary, to the administrative courts.

A staff representative who, during his/her term of office, no longer fulfils the conditions laid down in article R. 6152-322 for sitting on the section for which he/she was elected or has been dismissed shall automatically cease to be a member of the Disciplinary Board. Representatives of the administration, whether full members or alternates, who definitively cease the duties for which they were appointed are replaced. The term of office of their successors expires when the Disciplinary Board is renewed.
