The provisions of articles D. 2224-1 to D. 2224-5 apply regardless of how public drinking water, wastewater and household and similar waste prevention and management services are operated. The technical and financial indicators that must be included in the annual reports on the price and quality of public drinking water, sanitation and household and similar waste prevention and management services are defined in Annexes V, VI and XIII of this code respectively. When responsibility for the collection of household and similar waste has been transferred to a group of local authorities in accordance with article L. 2224-13, the report on the price and quality of the public waste prevention and management service mentioned in the first paragraph is presented to its deliberative assembly by the president of this grouping. When responsibility for the treatment of household and similar waste has been transferred to a grouping of local authorities in accordance with article L. 2224-13, the latter sends the municipality or grouping with responsibility for the collection of household and similar waste the technical and financial indicators mentioned in annex XIII relating to the treatment of household and similar waste of the municipality or grouping with responsibility for collection.
