Article D2224-49 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The information contained in the report relates to the entire concession perimeter; it is established where necessary on the basis of a data allocation method that is detailed in the report.

The report complies with the accounting principles of consistency of methods and independence of financial periods defined in articles L. 123-17 and L. 123-21 of the French Commercial Code and ensures the comparability of data from one financial year to the next.

The distribution organisation keeps available for the conceding authority the supporting documents for the items included in the report as well as an inventory drawn up work by work and including the information mentioned in a of 2° of article D. 2224-50.

Les informations figurant dans le compte rendu portent sur l’ensemble du périmètre de la concession ; elles sont établies au besoin sur la base d’une méthode de répartition des données qui est détaillée dans le compte rendu.

Le compte rendu respecte les principes comptables de permanence des méthodes et d’indépendance des exercices définis aux articles L. 123-17 et L. 123-21 du code de commerce et assure la comparabilité des données d’un exercice sur l’autre.

L’organisme de distribution tient à disposition de l’autorité concédante les pièces justificatives des éléments figurant dans le compte rendu ainsi qu’un inventaire établi ouvrage par ouvrage et comprenant les informations mentionnées au a du 2° de l’article D. 2224-50.
