Article R*2122-4 of the French Labour Code

The High Council for Social Dialogue meets when convened by the Minister for Labour, on his own initiative or at the request of at least half of the representatives of the employee and employer trade union organisations mentioned in 1° of Article R. * 2122-1.

It will hear any national cross-industry employee trade union organisation that so requests.

The secretariat of the High Council for Social Dialogue is provided by the services of the Minister for Labour.

Article R*2122-4

Le Haut Conseil du dialogue social se réunit sur convocation du ministre chargé du travail, de sa propre initiative ou sur demande de la moitié, au moins, des représentants des organisations syndicales de salariés et d’employeurs mentionnées au 1° de l’article R. * 2122-1.

Il auditionne toute organisation syndicale nationale interprofessionnelle de salariés qui en fait la demande.

Le secrétariat du Haut Conseil du dialogue social est assuré par les services du ministre chargé du travail.
