For the implementation of the measures mentioned in article L. 2224-7-7, a dedicated coordination unit and steering committee may be set up by the public person mentioned in article L. 2224-7-5. In the case of an area covered by a water development and management plan, the local water commission may be consulted on the action plan.
Where several water supply areas overlap in whole or in part, the public bodies responsible for the services concerned ensure that the measures provided for in their action plans are coordinated.
The action plan, together with a map showing the perimeter of the water supply area concerned, is filed by the public body that drew it up and made available to the public at the town hall of each of the municipalities covered by this perimeter. Notice of this filing is given by each commune concerned by posting for a period of at least one month.
Each year, a report on the implementation of the action plan is appended to the report mentioned in article L. 2224-5 and presented under the conditions provided for in articles D. 2224-1 to D. 2224-5.
