The conditions of access to the health information referred to in article L. 1111-7 as well as the length of time it is kept and the procedures for keeping it are mentioned in the welcome booklet provided for in article L. 1112-2. This information is also provided to patients receiving outpatient consultations or admitted to the emergency department.

Les conditions d’accès aux informations de santé mentionnées à l’article L. 1111-7 ainsi que leur durée de conservation et les modalités de cette conservation sont mentionnées dans le livret d’accueil prévu à l’article L. 1112-2. Ces informations sont également fournies au patient reçu en consultation externe ou accueilli au service des urgences.
