Article R2122-52-1 of the French Labour Code

For the application of the first paragraph of article L. 23-112-2, the employees’ trade union organisations mentioned in 1° of article L. 23-112-1 may include on their election propaganda documents the surname, first name and profession of each of the employees they intend to appoint to the inter-professional regional joint committees, as well as photographs of the latter. The procedures for the presentation of these employees on the propaganda documents and the list of supporting documents to be produced to enable the administrative authority to ensure that they meet the conditions laid down by the provisions of article L. 23-112-1 are set by order of the minister responsible for labour.

Pour l’application du premier alinéa de l’article L. 23-112-2, les organisations syndicales de salariés mentionnées au 1° de l’article L. 23-112-1 peuvent faire figurer sur leurs documents de propagande électorale les nom, prénom et profession de chacun des salariés qu’elles envisagent de désigner dans les commissions paritaires régionales interprofessionnelles, ainsi que les photographies de ces derniers. Les modalités de présentation de ces salariés sur les documents de propagande ainsi que la liste des pièces justificatives à produire afin de permettre à l’autorité administrative de s’assurer qu’ils satisfont aux conditions posées par les dispositions de l’article L. 23-112-1 sont fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé du travail.
