Candidate trade union organisations whose candidacy is published on the website of the Ministry of Labour mentioned in article R. 2122-38 shall file their election propaganda documents on the website mentioned in article R. 2122-33 in order to enable the competent administrative authority to ensure that these documents comply with the requirements of article R. 2122-52-1.
In addition to their cross-industry propaganda documents, trade union organisations whose statutory purpose is cross-industry in nature may submit election propaganda documents differentiated for professional branches and groupings of branches set by order of the Minister responsible for labour.
The candidate trade union organisations mentioned in the third paragraph of article R. 2122-33 may submit different propaganda documents for each region or local authority.
An order issued by the Minister for Labour sets out the procedures for presenting the various election propaganda documents and the date by which they must be submitted.
