Article R2224-15-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The period referred to in the second paragraph of II of Article L. 2224-8 is set by the service regulations provided for in Article L. 2224-12.

This period may not exceed six weeks from the date on which the municipality receives the request from the owner or the joint owners’ association to carry out the inspection of the connection to the public sewerage system.

Article R2224-15-1

Le délai mentionné au deuxième alinéa du II de l’article L. 2224-8 est fixé par le règlement de service prévu à l’article L. 2224-12.

Ce délai ne peut excéder six semaines à compter de la date à laquelle la commune a reçu la demande du propriétaire ou du syndicat des copropriétaires de réaliser le contrôle de raccordement au réseau public d’assainissement.
