Article R2224-29-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application of articles R. 2224-26 and R. 2224-29, the opinion of the deliberative body of the municipality or group of local authorities is deemed to be favourable when the latter, duly requested and convened, refuses to deliberate or does not issue a favourable opinion at the end of a period of three months from receipt of the request for an opinion.

Pour l’application des articles R. 2224-26 et R. 2224-29, l’avis de l’organe délibérant de la commune ou du groupement de collectivités territoriales est réputé favorable lorsque celui-ci, régulièrement requis et convoqué, refuse de délibérer ou n’émet pas d’avis favorable à l’issue d’un délai de trois mois à compter de la réception de la demande d’avis.
