The prefect may issue provisions temporarily or seasonally derogating from articles R. 2224-24 and R. 2224-25, by reasoned decree, issued after consultation with the deliberative body of the municipalities or groupings of local authorities responsible for household waste collection and the departmental council for the environment and health and technological risks.
These provisions are adopted for a period of no more than six years.

Le préfet peut édicter des dispositions dérogeant temporairement ou de façon saisonnière aux articles R. 2224-24 et R. 2224-25, par arrêté motivé, pris après avis de l’organe délibérant des communes ou des groupements de collectivités territoriales compétents pour la collecte des déchets des ménages et du conseil départemental de l’environnement et des risques sanitaires et technologiques.
Ces dispositions sont prises pour une durée ne pouvant excéder six ans.
