The report mentioned in the last paragraph of article R. 2224-5-3 also states the use of the right of pre-emption for the preservation of the quality of water resources intended for human consumption provided for in Chapter VIII of Title I of Book II of the Town Planning Code within the perimeter of the water supply area concerned. To this end, it includes a statement listing, for the year in question:
1° Pre-emptive decisions taken on this basis, with details of the areas pre-empted;
2° Notices of invitation to tender issued under article R. 218-19 of the town planning code, together with a statement of the environmental clauses and real environmental obligations proposed to ensure the preservation of water resources;
3° Decisions to sell, lease or make available the property acquired, supplemented, as appropriate, by a statement of the real environmental obligations and environmental clauses adopted.
