Article D722-32 of the French Commercial code

At the end of the training, the Ecole nationale de la magistrature will issue the commercial court judge with an individual training certificate, subject to attendance. Article R722-40 of the French Commercial code

The amount of fees covered by the State is limited by hourly ceilings set by joint order of the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice and the Minister for the Budget.
