A Committee on Ethics and the Prevention of Conflicts of Interest rules on compliance with the ethical principles applicable to the agency, its staff and occasional collaborators.

Where the Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail has issued specific recommendations for pregnant women on certain categories of products containing endocrine-disrupting substances, taking into account the risks of exposure, the regulatory authority may require manufacturers of the products concerned to affix a pictogram or use another means of marking, labelling or display.

A decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall specify the conditions of application of this chapter.
