The conciliation and referral office, the summary proceedings panel and the restricted composition of the adjudication office are made up of an employer and an employee councillor.
The premises required by the industrial tribunal are provided by the département in which it is established. However, where a commune has made premises available to the industrial tribunal, it may not take them back, except at the express request of the département in which the tribunal is based.
The cost of staffing and running the industrial tribunal is borne by the State.
A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the conditions of application of this chapter.
