Title V: Criminal provisions

The expenses referred to in article R. 3354-17 are criminal, correctional and police court costs. These costs are paid in accordance with the provisions of Title X of Book V of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

An order by the Ministers of Justice, Defence, the Interior and the Minister for Health sets the conditions for the distribution and maintenance of the equipment used for the samples provided for in article R. 3354-7.

Failure to comply with the prohibitions set out in article L. 3354-3 is punishable by a 5th class fine.

The steps required of the public prosecutor by the first paragraph of article L. 3355-5 are carried out in accordance with the procedures defined in articles R. 51 and R. 51-1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
