The powers of the Executive Council expire at the opening of the first meeting of the Territorial Council following its full renewal.
The President of the Territorial Council convenes the Executive Council whenever he/she deems it useful.
Executive Council meetings are chaired by the President of the Territorial Council.
The President of the Territorial Council sets the agenda for the meetings of the Executive Council. He shall send a copy to the representative of the State at least forty-eight hours before the meeting, except in cases of urgency. At the request of the representative of the State, any matter falling within the competence of the State shall be included on the agenda as of right. The Executive Council shall…

By agreement of the president of the territorial council and the representative of the State, the latter may attend meetings of the executive council. To this end, he shall receive the invitations sent to its members.
When the functioning of the Executive Council proves impossible, the Government may, on its own initiative or at the request of the President of the Territorial Council, pronounce its dissolution by reasoned decree issued in the Council of Ministers, after consulting the Territorial Council.
