The authorisation referred to in Article L. 6122-1 is granted by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency. Applications for authorisation and, where appropriate, for renewal of authorisation are sent to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency by electronic means or by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, by the legal or natural person(s) applying for authorisation on their own behalf. Applications for renewal are submitted under the same conditions by the holder of the authorisation.
