The Committee is convened by its Chairman at least once a year and as often as necessary to examine complaints and claims under the conditions set out in article R. 6322-25. The Chairman shall not vote. In the event of a tied vote, the Committee shall be deemed to have given its opinion.

When the holder of the authorisation relating to cosmetic surgery facilities is a health establishment, it may satisfy the obligations mentioned in articles R. 6322-16 to R. 6322-19, R. 6322-27 and R. 6322-28 by the measures it has taken to meet these same obligations and implement the implementing measures they require in the exercise of its missions defined in articles L. 6111-1 and L. 6111-2.
