To implement the purpose defined in 4° of article R. 6351-14 and within the limits of the need to know, the automated processing mentioned in article R. 6351-13 may be linked to other automated processing of personal data. The list of such automatic processing operations is set by order of the Minister responsible for vocational training.

Any operation relating to the processing mentioned in article R. 6351-13 is recorded, including the identification of the user, the date and the nature of the intervention in this processing. These records are kept for the duration of the validity of the declaration of activity concerned, including any amendments, and for up to four years after the declaration ceases to be valid.

The rights of access and rectification provided for in Articles 15 and 16 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data are exercised with the General Delegate for Employment and Vocational Training in accordance with the procedures defined by order of…
