Title VI: Provisions specific to the départements of Moselle, Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin

Each expert appointed by the consular chambers mentioned in article R. 6261-16 draws up an annual activity report. This report is sent by the president of the chamber concerned to the regional prefect.

A regulation, drawn up with the agreement of the regional prefect by each mission responsible for the pedagogical supervision of apprenticeship training leading to a diploma and the relevant chamber of trades and crafts or territorial chamber of commerce and industry, sets out the terms of cooperation between the mission and this chamber with a view to coordinating the organisation of inspections.
