In the event of a reduction in the workforce, the payment of bonuses corresponding to the most recent job creations is suspended to the extent of the reduction in the workforce.

In the event of a reduction in the workforce, the payment of bonuses corresponding to the most recent job creations is suspended to the extent of the reduction in the workforce.
Half the amount of the bonus is paid as soon as the new job is filled on a full-time basis. An order by the Ministers for Employment and Overseas Territories specifies the composition of the application for support for the young people’s initiative project and the procedures for submitting it.
To develop their project with a view to carrying out mobility training, applicants are assisted, where appropriate, by an approved organisation under the conditions set out in articles R. 5522-80 and R. 5522-82.
Applications for aid for young people’s initiative projects are examined: 1° For business start-ups, under the same conditions as for the aid provided for in articles L. 5141-1, L. 5141-2 and L. 5141-5. The Agence de services et de paiement is responsible for managing the loans and paying the lump sum and monthly instalments for mobility training.
The terms and conditions of management by the managing body referred to in article R. 5522-62 are set out in an agreement signed with the Minister for Overseas France.
