The transmission of the agreement to the Regional Director of Companies, Competition, Consumption, Labour and Employment provided for in Article L. 1237-19-3 is made by electronic means.

The period provided for in article L. 1237-19-4 begins on receipt of the complete file by the Regional Director of Companies, Competition, Consumption, Labour and Employment. The file is complete when it includes the agreement provided for in article L. 1237-19, as well as the information required to verify the legality of the conditions under which it was concluded and, where applicable, the effective implementation of the information of the…

The validation decision of the Regional Director of Companies, Competition, Consumption, Labour and Employment provided for in article L. 1237-19-4 is sent within the time limit mentioned in the same article by any means capable of giving a date certain to the employer, the signatories to the agreement and, where applicable, to the Social and Economic Committee.

The new request referred to in article L. 1237-19-6 is sent by the electronic means provided for in article D. 1237-8.
