A Government Commissioner appointed by the Minister for Culture attends the meetings of the Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique.
The chairman of the Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique has the casting vote in the event of a tie.
If an application for authorisation is rejected on substantive grounds by the Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique, no new application may be submitted by the same applicant, for the same project and on the same plot of land, for a period of one year from the date of the national commission’s decision.
The Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique takes its decisions without instruction from any authority. These decisions may not be overturned.
A decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall set out the terms and conditions for the application of this paragraph.
