The Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall send the Chairman of the Supervisory Board the documents relating to the preparation, implementation, evaluation and revision of the Regional Strategic Health Plan and the Agency’s multiannual contract of objectives and resources, which are necessary for the Board to carry out its duties.
I.-The decisions of the Supervisory Board are enforceable fifteen days after they are received by the ministers responsible for health, health insurance, the elderly and the disabled, unless the ministers give their reasons for objecting within this period. If the Ministers object, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board submits the amended decision to the Board for reconsideration, taking into account the reasons given by the Ministers.
