Article R6143-14 of the French Public Health Code

Deliberations are kept in a register under the responsibility of the Chairman of the Executive Board. This register is available to members of the Supervisory Board and to the public, who may consult it on site. They may also obtain copies or extracts of the minutes. Deliberations are forwarded without delay to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency. The Director General may be represented on the Supervisory Board.
