The staff representatives referred to in 1° of Article R. 6156-2 are elected by proportional representation on a list, with the remainders being distributed on the basis of the highest average.

Professionals belonging to a statutory college mentioned in article R. 6156-3 are eligible to vote if they are performing their duties or are on paid leave, sick leave or long-term leave, are on parental leave or are on secondment.
