Title III: EXPULSION

Except in cases of absolute urgency, foreign nationals against whom expulsion proceedings have been initiated are notified by means of a notification bulletin.The notification bulletin is equivalent to a summons to appear before the expulsion commission mentioned in 2° of article L. 632-2.

If, at the end of the period set out in the fourth paragraph of article L. 632-2, which may be extended under the conditions set out in that article, the expulsion committee has not issued its opinion, the prefect informs the foreign national that the formalities for consulting the committee are deemed to have been fulfilled.
