Article D814-37-1 of the French Commercial code

The thresholds mentioned in Article L. 814-15 are set:

1° At 250 employees employed by the debtor on the date of the application to open proceedings, this number being determined in accordance with the provisions of 4° of Article R. 621-1;

2° 20 million euros in turnover, defined in accordance with the provisions of the sixth paragraph of Article D. 123-200, assessed on the closing date of the last accounting period.

Les seuils mentionnés à l’article L. 814-15 sont fixés :

1° A 250 salariés employés par le débiteur à la date de la demande d’ouverture de la procédure, ce nombre étant déterminé conformément aux dispositions du 4° de l’article R. 621-1 ;

2° A 20 millions d’euros de chiffre d’affaires, défini conformément aux dispositions du sixième alinéa de l’article D. 123-200, apprécié à la date de clôture du dernier exercice comptable.
