In the case provided for in article L. 2224-21, the formal notice is sent to the municipality by the Prefect in the form of an order issued on the report of the Departmental Director of Equipment.

Dans le cas prévu à l’article L. 2224-21, la mise en demeure est adressée à la commune par le préfet sous la forme d’un arrêté pris sur le rapport du directeur départemental de l’équipement.
