Article R232-67-15 of the French Sports Code

Where the Committee confirms its initial position, the College may initiate disciplinary proceedings against the athlete concerned for an alleged breach of the provisions of article L. 232-9. The athlete shall then be notified of the grievances in accordance with the conditions set out in article R. 232-89.

Lorsque le comité confirme sa position initiale, le collège peut engager des poursuites disciplinaires à l’encontre du sportif concerné pour une violation présumée des dispositions de l’article L. 232-9. Les griefs sont alors notifiés au sportif dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 232-89.
