In the event of an accident at work or occupational disease, the hospital practitioner is placed on leave for a maximum period of five years, during which time he receives the emoluments mentioned in 1° of article R. 6152-23.

In the event of an accident at work or occupational disease, the hospital practitioner is placed on leave for a maximum period of five years, during which time he receives the emoluments mentioned in 1° of article R. 6152-23.
En cas d’accident du travail ou de maladie professionnelle, le praticien hospitalier est placé en congé pour une durée maximale de cinq ans, pendant lequel il perçoit les émoluments mentionnés au 1° de l’article R. 6152-23.
